We’re adding a full-time Bartender / Server to our Dayton team. We’re looking for someone with personality, a good work ethic, and the confidence to make guests feel at home. Experience is welcome, but we’re happy to train the right person.
During a Shift
- Welcome guests and take food and drink orders
- Prepare and serve drinks
- Run food and check in with tables
- Process payments and close checks accurately
- Keep tables, bar areas, and service stations organised
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team

- You can stay organised when things get busy
- You’re dependable and take your shifts seriously
- You’re comfortable being on your feet
- Restaurant, bar, or customer service experience is a plus
The Basics
Full-time, 30–40 hours per week, with a mix of afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
Paid training, weekly pay, staff discounts, and opportunities to move into senior server or bar positions.
