Assist the Manager
Providing a warm welcome to all guest
Responsible for all aspects of checking in/out guest
Ensuring all guest billing is accurate and delivered in a timely manner
Resolve any guest complaint that might come up
Ensure safety procedures are being followed by all team members at all times
Answer phones, make reservations for guest, answer any questions guest may have
Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous behavior at all times
Communicate effectively with guests and all departments
Supervise, train, and coach team members
Oversee and ensure accountability in all aspects of Team members.
Responsible for all front office activity during scheduled shifts
Check arrivals daily and set receipts accordingly
Monitor reservations and notify Manager of any discrepancies
Check Housekeeping list and ensure room availability status is accurate.
Submit daily report to Manager (written or verbal).
Maintain good guest relations by keeping up-to-date of all in-house and area functions in order to answer questions and concerns.
Contribute to and maintain established information and communication sources such as department and front desk log books in order to enhance department communications and operations.
Provide assistance to other team members and departments as needed to deliver great customer service
Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
