Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records, while providing timely updates and service to our online customers.
Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming inventory, barcoding and allocating inventory to customers who have been awaiting arrival.
- Packing and processing outgoing orders. Experience with Shipstation is a plus but not required.
- Maintaining an in-store pickup and product holding areas
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Monitor inventory movements and identify discrepancies
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas
- Utilize inventory management software to track and update stock records
- Warehouse runs to replenish store stock or transfer inventory between an offsite warehouse and the store location. Must have a valid driver's license.
- Assist with chat, emails and phone calls for customer service requests related to online orders, and stock availability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software, Lightspeed is preferred but not required. We will train.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changes, such as store remodeling initiatives
- Type at a speed of 45 wpm minimum.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.42 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
