Monti is a new elevated fast-casual concept bringing together fresh, high-quality food, specialty coffee, fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for energetic, hardworking individuals who take pride in creating an exceptional guest experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As one of our Food Runners/Bussers, you’ll play a key role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly by delivering food quickly, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining room, and supporting both our front and back of house teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food accurately and efficiently to guests.
- Ensure every guest receives friendly, attentive service.
- Bus, clean, and reset tables promptly.
- Keep the dining room, patio, beverage stations, and restrooms clean and well-stocked throughout each shift.
- Refill water stations, condiments, napkins, and other guest-facing supplies.
- Assist cashiers and baristas during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
- Help with opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
