BCBA (ABA Team Lead)

Job Description:
The ABA Team Lead at Power-Up, LLC is a Behavior Analyst who oversees assessment, programming, and monitoring for a small case-load of ABA clients (no minimum required). They are responsible for the ongoing supervision, training, and guidance of a small team of RBTs.
Responsibilities:
Perform client intakes.
Perform client assessments.
Conduct behavior assessments.
Provide direct services while RBTs are trained to work with client.
Lead PDUs.
Conduct RBT supervision to include: in person meetings outside of session as needed, in session supervision.
Conduct individual RBT training and group training.
Family guidance and parent training.
Social skills group.
School based sessions and staff training.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders.
Create and modify treatment protocols.
Write session notes.
Create treatment plans.
Attend leadership meetings.
Attend team bonding events and team trainings.
Monthly meeting with director to review caseload.
Job Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Licensed in TN and KY (you may apply if these are pending)
- Reliable vehicle and driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR certification or ability to obtain certification within 45 days of starting.
