Whisk & Whiskey is a neighborhood cocktail bar known for thoughtful hospitality, craft cocktails, whiskey, coffee, and community.
We're looking for an experienced bartender who can confidently lead the floor, manage service independently, and help create an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, solves problems without being asked, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house service during your shift
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and espresso drinks
- Open and close the restaurant independently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Provide warm, attentive hospitality
- Support teammates and keep service running smoothly
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bartending experience
- Strong cocktail knowledge (whiskey knowledge is a plus)
- Espresso/barista experience preferred (offsite training available)
- Comfortable leading service with minimal supervision
- Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and proactive
