**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented evening Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries regarding the menu
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Assist in setting up dining areas for service
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
