Revivalist Outreach Coordinator of a Jesus Encounter Club (Part-Time)

THE OPPORTUNITY
Crossroads is looking for a fiery evangelist and proven disciple-maker to lead a Christian club at a public high school and help cultivate a movement of prayer, discipleship, and Gospel-centered revival among students.
This role is for someone who has already built and led ministry from the ground up and has a
demonstrated track record of winning people to Christ, making disciples, developing leaders,
and mobilizing others.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
● Is a proven evangelist and soul winner, not simply passionate about evangelism
● Has a demonstrated track record of making and multiplying disciples
● Has built something from the ground up and knows how to create momentum
● Is catalytic, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and spiritually hungry
● Is confident leading prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and Gospel conversations
● Has experience recruiting and developing leaders and volunteers
● Can step into a school environment and begin leading effectively with minimal training
● Demonstrates strong Christian character, humility, teachability, and accountability
● Is actively involved in a local church and has a healthy, vibrant walk with Jesus
This is not an entry-level ministry position. We are specifically seeking someone with significant hands-on ministry experience and proven fruit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead a weekly Christian club at a public high school
● Preach and communicate the Gospel in a compelling, Scripture-based way
● Disciple students and develop student leaders
● Establish and lead weekly student prayer and discipleship gatherings
● Mobilize students for evangelism and Gospel outreach
● Recruit and develop volunteers
● Help establish parent and faculty prayer initiatives
● Build relationships with students, parents, school staff, and ministry partners
● Participate in Crossroads prayer gatherings, staff meetings, coaching, and ministry
strategy
COMPENSATION
● $300 per weekly club led
● +$50 per club for travel exceeding 45 minutes
● $75/week for leading a student prayer and discipleship group
● $75/week for leading a parent prayer group
$500 REFERRAL BONUS
