The Maintenance role will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse equipment and general order within the warehouse environment. This role will also report any maintenance or safety issues to the Building Manager. Essentially, they will help create a safe, efficient and healthy workspace.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.

Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, or straightedges.

Minor repairs to equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.

General responsibilities: fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, minor repairs to doors, flooring and racking system

Assist with installation of new equipment and workstations

Report maintenance or repair needs to Building Manager

Monitor supplies for reorder, report to Building Manager or Assistant Building Manager

Adherence to all company standards and safety procedures

Other general labor tasks as assigned by the Building Manager or Assistant Building Manager

Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and regulations
Skills Required:
-
3+ years of semi-skilled building management experience is preferred
-
Experience with preventative maintenance for HVAC, fire alarm systems, generators, UPS systems and building management systems is valuable but not required

Compensation and Benefits:
