Our client, a leading global manufacturer and supplier to the oil and gas industry, is currently seeking an Maintenance Analytics Support Specialist to assist with projects at their facility located in Koppel, PA. This is a long-term contract opportunity of indefinite duration.
The selected candidate's responsibilites includes supporting the maintenance team with data analytics, automating processes, managing maintenance planning activities, and generating reports to support decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities to automate administrative processes in SAP and Microsoft 365 applications to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Developing and maintaining automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Generating reports and analyses that aid decision-making and facilitate communication between departments. Cost management and control related to maintenance activities
- Monitoring WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) consumption based on projects
- SAP Prevenative Maintenance knowledge – IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED including SES, PR (Purchase Requisition), and PO (Purchase Order)
Skills:
- Intermediate Power BI knowledge – for updating reports
- Intermediate Power Automate skills – for report updates and workflow automation
- Intermediate Power Apps experience
- Intermediate SAP PM skills – NOT REQUIRED -Work Orders, Notifications, SES, P.O, P.R, agreements.
- Intermediate Excel skills – including dynamic tables, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
