Role Overview:
As a CNA at Homewatch CareGivers, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our clients in Silver Spring, MD. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregivers to ensure that each individual is treated with dignity and respect. Whether you work part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to impact the lives of others positively while working in a supportive environment that values your well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities and personal hygiene.

Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in client health status.

Support clients with mobility and physical support as needed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure care plans are followed effectively.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maryland.

Compassionate and patient-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Experience in providing personal care in a home setting is preferred.

Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
Bonus If You:
- Have prior experience in geriatric or pediatric care.

Hold additional certifications such as CPR or First Aid.

Are bilingual, with proficiency in languages other than English.
Employment Type & Availability:
This is a Part-Time position available Monday through Friday.
Location:
This position is on-site only in Silver Spring, Maryland.
