Ron Jon Surf Shop is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to lead our year-round, high-volume Panama City Beach location on busy Front Beach Road across from the Pier. As Retail General Manager, you'll drive store performance, build and develop a high-performing leadership team, and ensure excellence across operations, merchandising, and guest experience in a dynamic, high-volume retail environment.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Retail General Manager or Operations Manager experience with a Big Box retailer.
- Strong background in recruiting and developing teams.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and limited holidays.
- Ability to stand, move, bend, reach, carry, and occasionally climb ladders.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers through strong training and management of store associates.
- Understand, communicate and execute company policies and standards.
- Recruit, train and manage all store associates including management, sales, receiving, back of house employees.
- Full mastery of register procedures and computer programs exclusive to our company.
- Full responsibility for receiving, visual standards, facility management and day to day operations.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support store operations and overall business needs.
