Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in Orlando, Florida. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing rehab services, supporting staff development, ensuring compliance, and maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
Oversee Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy programs
Manage staffing, productivity, and clinical outcomes
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
Maintain accurate documentation and billing practices
Mentor and support therapy staff development
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in quality improvement and program development
Provide direct patient care as needed
Active Florida license as PT, OTR, SLP, PTA, or OTA
Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
