Airline Shuttle Driver (Regular Driver’s License OK – No Commercial License Needed)

Airline Coach Service is a well-established transportation company that provides ground shuttle service exclusively for airline employees—including flight attendants and pilots—at major airports throughout California.
We’re currently hiring full-time drivers who are dependable, professional, and have flexible availability to support our 24/7 operations. Shifts can vary based on flight schedules, and some may start as early as 3:00 AM or run into late evening. We’re looking for team members who are adaptable, punctual, and ready to play an important role in keeping airline crews moving safely and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older (required by company insurance)
- Must have a valid California driver’s license
- Clean driving record required
- No drug-, alcohol-, or violence-related citations
- No at-fault accidents (proof of non-fault required if accidents are on record)
- Must be flexible and willing to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Able to lift and carry 50–55 lbs to assist with luggage
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods while driving
- Must have and use a personal smartphone to access work-related apps

Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport airline crew members to and from airports in a company van
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each trip
- Load, unload, and assist with luggage as needed
- Communicate courteously and clearly with passengers
- Navigate traffic efficiently and follow all traffic laws
- Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle interior
