We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Food Expeditor to join our team on weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask quickly and efficiently, and ensures all food orders are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly to guests.

Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house team.

Ensure all food orders are prepared correctly and presented according to restaurant standards.

Verify order accuracy before food leaves the kitchen.

Prioritize and manage multiple orders simultaneously during busy service periods.

Maintain a clean and organized expo station.

Assist with resolving order issues quickly and professionally.

Support teamwork and efficient kitchen operations during high-volume shifts.

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
