Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a part time experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
§ Prepare and process employee and manager payroll.
§ Prepare and file company payroll taxes
§ Prepare and process owner monthly contributions and statements
§ Enter and pay all company bills.
§ Enter and pay all property bills
§ Prepare and complete all bank deposits and reconciliations
§ Apply all late fees to residential and commercial properties
§ Prepare HOA invoicing
§ Invoicing of all non-contracted items
§ General accounting support for managers
§ Screening and answering calls and emails for financial and accounting questions
§ Prepare all end of year financials and reporting
§ Operating accounting for Celski and Associates and Celski Lindburg Law
Requirements:
§ Degree in Accounting or related field.
§ Proven work experience as an Accountant and or Bookkeeper.
§ Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
§ Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
§ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
§ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
§ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
