We're searching for an experienced Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our skilled nursing team! If you're passionate about helping residents regain strength, independence, and confidence—and you thrive in a supportive team environment—we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Provide restorative nursing care under the direction of the licensed nursing team.
- Assist residents with individualized restorative programs, including ambulation, range of motion, transfers, exercises, and ADLs.
- Accurately document resident progress and communicate changes.
- Work closely with therapy and nursing to help residents reach their highest level of independence.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents while making a real difference every day.
Qualifications
✔ Current California CNA Certification (Required)
✔ Previous Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (Required)
✔ Strong documentation and communication skills
✔ Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
✔ Positive attitude with a genuine passion for resident care
Schedule
Full-Time
- Friday–Tuesday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesdays & Thursdays Off
