Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Morganton, NC
Pay Rate: $20/hr – $23/hr
Contract: 3+ Months
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with feeding and meal services as needed.
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Monitor patients and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Take and record vital signs as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
- Support patients with daily activities and therapeutic programs.
- Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Provide respectful, compassionate, and professional patient care.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina CNA License/Certification.
- BLS certification by AHA.
- Previous healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
