Job Summary
Equipto Electronics is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to lead all aspects of facilities operations across our manufacturing and office environments. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of company facilities. Strong knowledge in manufacturing equipment repair, such as CNC Mills, Laser, Punch Press, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive understanding and experience with punch press operations and repairs, a strong technical expertise in industrial maintenance systems including trouble shooting and repairs, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record managing facilities within manufacturing or defense-related environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility maintenance operations, electrical infrastructure (high and low voltage), mechanical systems, and industrial equipment.
- Lead and manage maintenance technicians, contractors, and facilities staff to ensure timely completion for repairs and preventative maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies that maximize equipment reliability, operational uptime, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations in collaboration with engineering and project management teams.
- Review Technical schematics, installation plans, and maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, enironmental, and industrial safety regulations related to manufacturing facilities and electrical systems.
- Direct emergency response efforts for facility related incidents and conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, asset inventories, and compliance records.
- Support and oversee the planning and execution of facility relocation activities to ensure minimal operational disruption.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven leadership experience managing facilities operations within manufacturing, industrial, or defense-related environments.
- Strong supervisory experience leading technical maintenance or engineering teams.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Experience interpreting technical schematics and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency with CMMS platforms for maintenance scheduling, work order management, and asset tracking.
- Thorough understanding of industrial safety standards and electrical compliance regulations, including high-voltage environments.
- Demonstrated project management experience overseeing facility improvements, upgrades, or relocations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
