As an In-Home CNA, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Seeing 3-4 patients per shift (In PG County).
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitoring and documenting patients’ health conditions and reporting changes to the medical team.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Safely lifting and transferring patients (must be able to lift at least 50 lbs).
- Traveling to patients’ homes to deliver personalized care services.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- A valid CNA certification.
- The ability to lift at least 50 lbs safely.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
- A dedication to delivering patient-centered care.
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
