A Glo Associate Leader is responsbile for overseeing day to day operations of the store. You will provide ongoing support and training, focusing on overall store performance, cleanliness, sales, and upholding the Glo standard. You must possess a high level of communication skills, a positive leadership style and being the team "cheerleader."
Eligible for position: Master Senior Spa Consultant position and certification, Crucial conversations certification, Shadowing certification, and Assistant Store Leader certification
Required criteria to meet: Meet and exceed personal sales goals, create and develop glo-ing reviews for salon culure and the overall salon reputation throughout both employees and clients, confidently and correctly performing all Assistant Store leader duties.
In-store requirements: Full-time, ranging from 32-40 hours per week, required in salons. Scheduled should be based on salon needs and necessary requirements. Availability is open and flexible to assist with nights, weekends and mandatory necessities to the salon; works at least one night or one weekend per week unless every team member is fully trained. Available by phone during salon during salon hours and calls back in a timely manner
Out-of-salon requirements: Mandatory weekly leadership meetings (1 hour); available to team by phone during business hours

Customer Service

Cleanliness Maintenance

Mock Audits of the salon; shares feedback with store leader

Verifies deep cleanings have been completed in the store

Store Audtis must receive 90% (done monthly by district leader)
- Troubleshoots and helps repair equipment when capable and trains team to do so; equipment issues are communicated to maintenance team immediately; update and follow up daily on maintenance issues
Sales

Assists in reaching team sales goals

Distinguishing areas of missed opportunities with each employee
- Daily sales are checked

Providing recognition and praise for stand out occurrences
- Minimize client cancellations
Administration

Ensure and monitor that the store is maintaining healthy client traffic

Monitor inventory weekly (ensure hard counts are being done and spreadsheets are completed)

Payroll is monitored daily to ensure appropriate and necessary coverage, even on days when Assistant Store Leader Store Leader are not present
- Plan of actions are due every Monday at 10am
