We’re a fast-paced, rapidly expanding property management company in Northeast Ohio, and we’re looking for a skilled, reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Perform a variety of general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Conduct routine inspections on buildings, units, and equipment
- Diagnose and repair light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other residential issues
- Complete suite turnarounds and make-readies efficiently
- Ensure all work meets local and state building codes
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Install appliances and complete in-unit upgrades
- Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests
- Participate in an on-call emergency rotation
- Maintain grounds and outdoor areas
- Perform drywall repairs, patching, and finishing
- Install flooring and assist with unit renovations
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of maintenance experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Own set of tools
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, dependable, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
