Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed during serving and preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change.
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by providing excellent service in diverse settings.
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to legal drinking age regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours.
- Uphold food safety standards and proper sanitation practices at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
- Familiarity with serving techniques in banquet or catering environments; retail math skills are advantageous.

- Experience working in the food industry with a focus on beverage preparation or brewing is preferred.
