Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions with friendly phone etiquette.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of guest services to foster positive guest relations.
- Update reservation systems, manage room assignments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
- Document incidents or irregularities during the shift through detailed shift reports to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with procedures within a hotel or resort environment is advantageous.
- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, hotel management software, and reservation platforms is desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm professionalism.
- Possesses a sales-oriented mindset with the confidence to upsell room upgrades and recommend hotel amenities.
