NelsonCorp Wealth Management is a family-owned financial firm that offers a broad array of retirement services delivered with a team-based collaborative approach. This includes investment management, financial planning, tax preparation, estate planning, and Medicare. We provide our clients with local subject matter experts and operate as fiduciaries in most roles. NelsonCorp has seen exceptional growth over the last several years and is seeking to increase capacity by adding experienced client service professionals to help us meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer facing positions. As one of our clients’ main points of contact, candidates will be responsible for providing a positive experience. Candidates will be expected to interact with clients in person, on the phone, and through email and across multiple business lines. Experience identifying issues and working through solutions will be beneficial to a successful candidate. The nature of some of NelsonCorp’s business lines creates lumpiness in workloads, so being flexible and having the ability to prioritize will be required.
