Maintenance Director
Full Time ~ Days
Orchard Park Rehab & Living Center, a 38 bed progressive rehab/sub-acute, long-term and assisted living facility is, currently seeking a full time Maintenance Director to oversee our facility located in Farmington.
Must be self motivated and have general knowledge of facility preventive maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping, painting and other related duties preferred. We’re looking for a personable individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who is able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Starting pay $19-$22.80/hr (based on experience)
Position will include occasional evening and or weekend
