Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of healthcare regulatory law experience.
- Active New Jersey Bar admission required; NY Bar is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare/Medicaid, and Corporate Practice of Medicine.
- Experience advising healthcare providers, health systems, or related organizations.
- Experience with healthcare investigations, audits, enforcement, or regulatory agencies.
- Strong client communication, legal analysis, and business-development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.
- Counsel healthcare organizations on M&A, affiliations, and transactions.
- Handle regulatory investigations, audits, enforcement, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor healthcare laws and provide practical compliance guidance and training.
- Build client relationships, develop business, and mentor junior attorneys.
Salary, Benefits & Growth
