Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Professional to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance across various systems. Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including electrical equipment repair and electrical work using schematics and ohmmeters.
- Conduct plumbing system maintenance and repairs, ensuring all plumbing fixtures and pipelines operate efficiently.
- Maintain HVAC systems by diagnosing issues, repairing components, and performing routine HVAC system repairs to ensure optimal climate control.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to carry out mechanical tasks such as welding, carpentry, painting, and facilities equipment maintenance.
- Read and interpret technical schematics to facilitate accurate repairs and installations within building interiors and facilities infrastructure.
- Supervise or assist with maintenance painting projects for residential or commercial spaces to uphold aesthetic standards.
- Manage maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and preventive schedules.
- Lead or support team members in supervising maintenance operations while fostering a safety-first environment focused on quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure building interior maintenance meets safety codes and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations related to electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, welding, and general facilities maintenance.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building operations within manufacturing or commercial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair as well as HVAC system troubleshooting and repair.
- Skilled in using hand tools, schematics reading, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment for electrical troubleshooting.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO), CMMS software, and preventative maintenance strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate tasks and document work procedures clearly.

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
