Clinical Resources is seeking an experienced Register Nurse (RN) to step into an Interim Supervisor role at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility near the Valdosta, GA area. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a dedicated RN looking to make an impact in Long-Term Care (LTC).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff on the floor to ensure smooth operations and quality care.
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting, focusing on residents’ health and well-being.
- Ensure quality care standards are met and provide guidance to staff on best practices.
- Manage patient assessments, care plans, and treatment plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Handle day-to-day nursing operations in the facility, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Georgia (or Compact License) required.
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and/or Skilled Nursing preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts)
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
