We are currently looking for an experienced European Master Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to be part of a positive, skilled, and growing team environment.

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues on European vehicles

Perform high-quality maintenance and repair services efficiently and accurately

Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot vehicle systems

Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with service advisors and customers

Complete repair orders and document services performed accurately

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment

Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and repair procedures

Collaborate with team members to improve workflow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Minimum 8 years of automotive repair experience, with strong European vehicle experience preferred

Experience working with brands such as BMW, MINI, Land Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, and Volvo is highly preferred

Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

ASE certification preferred

Experience using modern diagnostic platforms and repair information systems

New York State Inspector License required

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Professional attitude with strong communication skills

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team

Passion for quality workmanship and continued learning

Compensation ranges approximately from $30–45/hr depending on experience, diagnostic ability, productivity, and overall skill level
