As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all patrons while maintaining the integrity of gaming operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage cash handling processes, including transactions and payouts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with casino policies.
- Supervise gaming areas, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations while fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
- Monitor gaming equipment for functionality and cleanliness, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and tact, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Engage with guests to enhance their gaming experience through friendly interactions and personalized service.
