Site Coordinator Description
Dramatic Education, Inc. is an educational arts company established to provide high-quality arts and enrichment programming for school-age students. The program develops and enriches cognitive, physical, social, and cultural skills for children in grades K–12. Annually, Dramatic Education serves over 5,000 individuals across more than 60 schools and community organizations. Since 2010, the organization has implemented developmentally appropriate programs that support academic achievement and whole-child development.
The 21st CCLC Site Coordinator provides direct services to actively participating students in before-school and after- school programs, ensuring full implementation of all academic and enrichment activities aligned with the approved 21st CCLC grant plan, district priorities, and program performance objectives. This position is fully dedicated to supporting 21st CCLC programming at the assigned school site and ensuring grant fidelity, student participation, and measurable outcomes.
The Site Coordinator reports to the Senior Director/Grant Director and works collaboratively with Site Teachers, Teacher Assistants, instructional staff, school personnel, families, and community partners.

Core Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The Site Coordinator is responsible for maintaining site-level coordination, implementation, and administration of all academic and enrichment programming for youth ages 5 to 18, including program development and management aligned to 21st CCLC requirements.
- The Site Coordinator delivers high-quality academic support and enrichment activities aligned with 21st CCLC goals and student achievement outcomes, including homework support and structured learning opportunities for students in grades K–8.
- The Site Coordinator supervises program staff and students to maintain a safe, secure, and well-managed
environment and ensures effective daily program operations during both before-school and after-school
sessions.
- The Site Coordinator collaborates with school-day teachers, administrators, and staff to align programming with identified student needs and support student academic progress.
- The Site Coordinator manages student attendance, data collection, and reporting using EZ Reports and other
required systems to ensure compliance with all grant requirements and performance metrics.
- The Site Coordinator leads program planning Monday through Friday, coordinating academic instruction,
enrichment activities, and cultural programming for both morning and afternoon sessions.
- The Site Coordinator plans and prepares engaging, creative learning environments, including establishing activity centers and organizing materials, supplies, and resources necessary for daily program operations.
- The Site Coordinator coordinates and implements enrichment and cultural opportunities designed to increase
student engagement and participation.
- The Site Coordinator serves as a substitute instructor and/or direct service provider as needed to ensure
program continuity and quality of service delivery.
- The Site Coordinator provides local community outreach to youth and families and serves as a liaison between staff, parents, school personnel, and community partners to positively represent the program.
- The Site Coordinator supervises and trains staff on policies, procedures, and program expectations, including
classroom management and safety protocols.
- The Site Coordinator creates and implements lesson plans aligned with program goals and completes all
required classroom and program reports in a timely manner.
- The Site Coordinator attends staff meetings and initiates and follows up on action items related to program
operations, improvement efforts, and compliance requirements.
- The Site Coordinator manages supplies, including ordering, tracking, maintenance, and repair of program
materials and equipment.
- The Site Coordinator demonstrates the ability to improve processes, maintain accurate records, and support
overall program efficiency.
- The Site Coordinator may assist with administrative tasks such as payroll coordination, communication
management, and prioritization of correspondence as needed.
