Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, beers, ice cream drinks and non-alcoholic options
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Toast
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety on premises
- Restock bar supplies regularly and communicate inventory needs promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or retail math to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation preferred
- Experience working in fine dining or supper club environments preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Previous experience in a high volume bar setting is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
