By managing everyday administrative responsibilities, coordinating schedules, organizing projects, and handling follow-up tasks, you will create the time and capacity needed for the business owner to focus on serving clients, growing the business, investing in family, and participating in church and community activities.

Primary Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
- Organize email communications and prioritize action items.
- Draft correspondence, documents, and meeting notes.
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Business Operations Support
- Assist with day-to-day administrative functions for a growing accounting firm.
- Maintain CRM systems such as GoHighLevel and Canopy Tax.
- Update client records, workflows, and task management.
- Monitor client follow-up activities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with onboarding, document requests, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers.
Personal Assistance
- Coordinate personal appointments and family schedules.
- Run local errands and assist with personal projects.
- Research products, vendors, events, and service providers.
- Help organize household and personal administrative tasks.
- Assist with event planning and community commitments.
Project Coordination
- Track projects from start to completion.
- Follow up on outstanding action items.
- Maintain organized project timelines.
- Anticipate upcoming needs and prepare accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative, executive assistant, office management, or personal assistant experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities independently.
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Experience with CRM software preferred (GoHighLevel, Canopy Tax, or similar).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to travel locally for errands, appointments, and meetings.
