Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes.
- Process monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, including W-2s and other required documentation.
- Support payroll audits and assist with internal and external compliance reviews.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase payroll accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare journal entries and perform payroll reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Finance team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll and accounting data
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Working knowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and payroll tax requirements.
- Experience with ADP Enterprise Version 6 (EV6) and ADP Workforce Manager preferred.
- Strong mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills as well as excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Schedule: full time – 35 hours per week - 9 AM – 5 PM Monday - Friday with one day remote
Rate of Pay: $55K annual
