Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is well-presented through effective merchandising
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, inventory counts, and product replenishment
- Support supervisory staff with supervising team members during shifts when needed
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in the similar environments with POS systems
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising standards, and stock management practices
- Excellent phone and email etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
