Canvassing Program Manager

About the Opportunity
DeckLab designs and builds custom decks, pergolas, patio covers, and outdoor living spaces throughout Oklahoma.
We're looking for an ambitious, self-driven individual to build and lead our door-to-door lead generation program. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to create a scalable sales operation and be rewarded based on the results they generate.
This is not a traditional hourly canvassing position. We're seeking someone who wants to help build the system, recruit and train canvassers, and share in the growth of the program.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
- Develop canvassing scripts and processes
- Identify target neighborhoods and opportunities
- Recruit, train, and manage canvassing team members
- Track lead and sales performance
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates
- Help build a repeatable statewide lead generation system
Qualifications
- Direct sales or door-to-door experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly competitive
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and produce results
Compensation Structure
- Commission on personally generated sales
- Revenue share on sales generated through your canvassing team
- Performance bonuses based on production
- Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the program expands
Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, home improvement, or other direct-sales industries and wants the opportunity to build something larger than an individual sales territory.
