Join our dynamic e-commerce fulfillment and warehouse team as an E-commerce Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate! In this energetic role, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped with precision and care. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and help us maintain a seamless supply chain. We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to develop their skills in warehouse management, heavy equipment operation, and logistics processes. Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Whatnot.
- Ensure orders are packaged professionally and shipped on time.
- Email customers with shipping updates, order questions, and customer service follow-ups.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse.
- Label, sort, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Break down boxes and dispose of packaging materials while keeping the warehouse neat.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking.
- Help prepare products for live shopping events and online launches.
- Work as a team to complete daily warehouse goals.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning online selling platforms.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, retail, or e-commerce experience is a plus but not required.
