IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Donation Services Manager SUPERVISES: N/A
POSITION SUMMARY: Demonstrates Goodwill’s Core Values through actions and behaviors. Provide various production duties in a warehouse environment. Determine usability/quality of items and sort accordingly.

- Maneuver carts and containers filled with materials

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Examine items and determine value. Process objects appropriately to be placed on truck or discard items as appropriate. (E)

Use appropriate containers, carts, barrels and racks to separate items (E)

Follow safety protocols at all times and especially when using equipment in the warehouse. (E)

Transport goods within warehouse in a safe manner using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, racks.) (E)

Safely operate equipment which you have been properly trained to use. (E)

Provide daily inspections of forklift and crusher and maintain appropriately. (E)
