Pizza Maker/Line Cook
The Bricks Pizzeria is currently looking for pizza line cooks.
The Bricks is a farm to table pizzeria focusing on great food, great experience, community involvement and company sustainability.
The oven is a wood-fired Le Panyol from France, custom-designed by the Maine Wood-heating Company. The mill is a hand-made A 700 MSM Osttiroler from Austria. The Bricks is family-owned and a labor of love that opened in August of 2019.

Main cooking responsibilities are: prepping the pizza line, assembly and working the pizza line during service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
