Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assoicates's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Communicate with stakeholders for orders, payments, and logistics, including warehouses and contract manufacturers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion and strong understanding of markets, and regulatory environments.
- Manage inventory availability and vendor operational improvements (fill rates, on-time, lead time).
- Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
- Research all inventory-related discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments in the inventory system.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify the complex across a broader, diverse audience.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with all teams including USA, China, Taiwan and Europe on sourcing, production, and logistic.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in teamwork
- Able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- General knowledge of market research techniques
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- General knowledge of ISO 13485 and Quality System Regulations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must meet competency requirements assigned by department manager on aptitude/knowledge tests
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
