Compensation & Benefits: ∙Competitive pay starting at $14.50 per hour. Responsibilities: ∙Assist with daily living needs and offering companionship care. Responsibilities may include:
- Take clients on walks, trips to social events, assistance with hobbies, or run errands.
- Prepare a home-cooked meals (you don’t need to be a gourmet chef).
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Assistance with activities of daily living.
- A Homemaker/Companion will not provide medical, nursing or skilled services
Requirements: ∙High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate ∙Six months of experience preferred but not required as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities).Read, write, speak and understand English ∙Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation. Must be able to pass drug screening and background screening.
