Looking for an approachable and professional person to fill the position of a Full-Time LIHTC Occupancy Specialist for a Tax Credit Portfolio in Hamilton, OH. This position will assist in scheduling and meeting with applicants to fill out LIHTC applications, provide follow up communication, collect supporting documents and verifications, and work with the team to facilitate move ins. The ideal applicant should possess Tax Credit Leasing and File Processing experience. Additional qualifications for the ideal candidate are:
· Experience in sales and customer service
· Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office software
· Ability to display professional behavior and dress as required
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
