Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical VP to support the CTO in driving global R&D initiatives and large-scale engineering programs across the US and international teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership and program/project management experience, with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering teams from leading technology companies such as Apple, Meta, and Netflix.
Key Responsibilities:
Support CTO in managing global R&D and engineering initiatives
Lead complex technical programs and cross-functional project execution
Collaborate with internal and external engineering stakeholders
Participate in architecture reviews and technical strategy discussions
Drive program delivery, resource planning, and engineering excellence
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in technical leadership or program management
Strong background in software systems, cloud, infrastructure, or related technologies
Proven experience managing global engineering teams and large-scale programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with senior technical teams and executive leadership
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
