### Duties:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational goals.
- Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and administrators.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students, including those with special needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
### Experience:
- Previous experience working in a classroom or educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour
