Job Responsibilities:
Conduct structured problem-solving and analytical work to support strategic initiatives
Develop clear, insightful slides and Excel models to communicate findings and recommendations
Translate data into clear recommendations and partner with stakeholders to drive implementation
Support and lead marketing experiments / tests through A/B testing
Actively collaborate and learn from senior team members, supporting their strategic oversight and decision-making
Contribute to fostering a fun, collaborative, and productive team environment.
Engage directly with senior stakeholders presenting insights and recommendations effectively. You will be directly communicating to the CEO / CFO as you are working on the top priorities for Goosehead
Proactively manage assigned tasks and support project timelines to ensure timely, impactful results
Although the function is called a “Transformation Office”, not all studies/projects will be focused transformation types
