We're not looking for someone who needs to be micromanaged. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, follows up consistently, and is willing to put in the work to grow their business.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active Georgia Real Estate License
- Minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong follow-up and customer service habits
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable prospecting for new business and generating leads
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients at once
- Professional, dependable, and accountable
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Plus:
- Commercial real estate or commercial investment experience
- Experience working with investors
- Knowledge of the Savannah and Coastal Georgia market
What You'll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the transaction
- Prospect daily to generate new business
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct listing appointments and buyer consultations
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing
- Collaborate with team members while continuing to grow your own business
- Participate in team training, meetings, and marketing initiatives
- Learn and expand into commercial investment opportunities if interested

Compensation: Commission-based. Experienced agents on our team have access to residential and commercial opportunities, marketing support, training, and systems designed to help them grow their business and increase their income.
This position is ideal for an experienced agent who wants more than simply hanging their license somewhere. We're building a team of professionals who are committed to serving clients at a high level while continuing to grow personally and professionally.
