Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable bartender to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in delivering memorable experiences for our patrons. Whether working our fish fry, banquet hall/special events, or normal daily environment, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, as needed to ensure bar readiness.
- Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cashiering records.
- Support catering events, banquets, or regular bar by serving drinks promptly and managing multiple tables or stations.
- Follow all food safety regulations and promote responsible alcohol service practices.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple orders during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow in fast-paced environments like taverns or restaurant settings.
- Ability to follow basic instructions and be flexible in tasks in constantly changing environment
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service is recommened but training is available.
- Knowledge of retail math, basic math skills, and till handling procedures are necessary for accurate transactions.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service.
- Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector will be considered an asset. We value energetic individuals who thrive on creating vibrant atmospheres where every guest feels valued and entertained.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
