What This Role Is About:
This is a community-first, results-driven marketing role. Your job is to go where people are, build genuine relationships, and connect individuals and families to home care services they may not know are available to them — while also recruiting the caregivers who deliver that care.
You are not cold-calling. You are educating, connecting, and producing.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Driving consistent community presence — churches, senior programs, resource fairs, community centers — and converting those conversations into active cases and caregiver applications
- Hitting weekly outreach activity targets and monthly intake goals. We track what matters. You will too.
- Building and owning a community pipeline of organizations, faith communities, social service agencies, and local programs that refer individuals who may benefit from home care
- Recruiting caregivers through direct community engagement — positioning SOHC as the place caregivers actually want to work
- Representing SOHC at community events, health fairs, and resource expos across the Knoxville area and beyond
- Logging every visit, every conversation, every connection in our CRM — with discipline. If it isn't documented, it didn't happen.
- Reporting weekly on outreach activity, new relationships, and pipeline movement — because we measure what we manage
This role involves community education and outreach to individuals and families regarding available home care services. Compensation is not contingent on referrals from any healthcare provider or clinical facility, and this role does not involve clinical guidance of any kind.

- Have a track record — and can prove it. Previous results in home care and/or community outreach, healthcare navigation, social services, or direct-to-consumer engagement. Tell us what you built and what it produced.
- Know how to move people from conversation to action. Not with pressure — with trust, clarity, and follow-through.
- Are embedded in — or deeply committed to — the Tennessee community and understand the families and individuals we serve
- Set a weekly pace and keep it. Self-directed, organized, and accountable without needing a supervisor to drive you

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
