Job Summary
Curitec is seeking a motivated and clinically strong Wound Care Specialist / Clinical Care Representative to support our Southeast territory in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is ideal for a wound care professional who enjoys working directly with healthcare teams, educating clinicians, building strong relationships with facilities, and helping to drive appropriate wound care product utilization.
As a Clinical Care Representative, you will serve as a clinical resource to skilled nursing facilities, providers, and care teams. You will support wound assessment, product education, documentation accuracy, and ongoing follow-up to help improve patient outcomes while also representing Curitec’s services in the field.
This position requires both clinical confidence and a relationship-driven sales mindset. The right candidate will be comfortable rounding in facilities, engaging with nurses and providers, identifying opportunities for Curitec to support wound care needs, and helping grow and maintain business within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Conduct wound rounds in assigned facilities and provide clinical support related to wound care needs.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and facility leadership to support appropriate wound care planning and product selection.
Educate facility staff on wound care best practices, dressing selection, product usage, and Curitec processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with facility teams, clinicians, and providers.
Identify opportunities to expand Curitec’s presence within current and potential partner facilities.
Support sales and growth efforts by representing Curitec professionally and communicating the value of our services.
Monitor wound progress and communicate concerns, changes, or recommendations to the appropriate care team members.
Maintain accurate documentation of wound care support, facility interactions, product needs, and follow-up items.
Assist with coordination of wound care products and ensure required documentation is accurate and complete.
Participate in ongoing training, process improvement, and quality initiatives to support better outcomes and service delivery.
Stay current with wound care standards, product knowledge, and evidence-based practices.
About the Role
This is a field-based clinical role with a strong focus on education, relationship development, and territory support. The Clinical Care Representative is not only a wound care resource but also a key representative of Curitec’s services. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, professional presentation, organization, follow-through, and the ability to confidently interact with clinicians, facility leaders, and providers.
The ideal candidate is clinically knowledgeable, self-directed, comfortable with sales-related conversations, and motivated by helping facilities improve wound care outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
Current licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, or PTA.
Minimum of 3 years of wound care experience preferred.
Wound care certification preferred.
Strong communication, education, and relationship-building skills.
Comfort with sales, marketing, territory growth, and facility engagement.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage daily scheduling, follow-up, and documentation.
Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
